Each 4 ounces of concentrate will make 1 gallon of syrup when mixed. This is professional, true to taste shave ice flavor. Mixing Directions – To make a gallon of syrup: Use four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well.
