Payment Policy: Payments are due in full within 7 days (unless otherwise approved) after which an unpaid item case will be opened (which may have negative impacts to your Buyer rating). Shipping Policy: Please allow 2 business days for processing and shipment (NOT including weekends or holidays). We do NOT allow DHL. We offer combined shipping. Most products ship free within the 48 contiguous states (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories). Please message us BEFORE making your purchase, if you wish to upgrade shipping at Buyer’s cost. International bidders are encouraged to use the option of eBay’s Global Shipping Program. When shipping anywhere other than the 48 contiguous states, shipping prices will be calculated and vary by the Buyer’s location and package weight/dimensions. Buyers are responsible for all applicable Customs requirements, charges and fees of their country. Return Policy: Products are guaranteed to be the item pictured in the listing. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns with our products. We work with our Buyers in a timely manner on a resolution. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to be certain the item is accurate/compatible with the intended use; we make no claims as to if an item will work for your application. Items purchased in error or by mistake will be subject to a restocking fee. Any product that is mounted, used, altered or tampered with is NOT returnable or exchangeable; some exceptions may apply. Electrical product return requests may require the Buyer to provide photos and/or additional information to determine the refund options available. If electrical items are used even once, returns will NOT be accepted and NO refund will be issued. Buyers have 30 days from the date the product is received to request a return or exchange. Prior authorization is required! Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and no refund will be issued. International returns are not accepted. All shipping and handling charges for returning the item are the responsibility of the Buyer. Product must be returned in the same manner as it was received. This includes the original invoice and packaging materials to protect against shipping damage. Upon receipt of a returned item an inspection will be performed and a refund (if applicable) will be sent within 2 business days.
