Small and light items usually ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Medium and large packages typically ship via FedEx or UPS, and no PO Box address will be accepted for them. Domestic Returns Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we support the 14 day return policy guidelines (you pay for return shipping). You must contact us beforehand to set up return and obtain your RMA#. Keep in mind that items need to be returned in the same resalable condition in which they were sent for a product refund to be applied, including original packaging. Note that your order may be subjected to a restocking fee to cover shipping and handling costs. Orders that shipped with Free Shipping actually do have a shipping cost and is not actually free. Those shipping costs are deducted from the credit amount of the return. International Shipping, Returns & Warranty We use Ebay Global Shipping Program for most of our products. Therefore, we do not ship directly to international addresses and orders are subjected to Ebays policies and transit times. If the customer received the correct item and wants to return it, the customer is responsible for all shipping and associated fees. If the customer received an incorrect item, please provide photos and send to us so we can determine best course of action. If the product becomes defective or needs servicing (tools, electronics, etc) and have a warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees back into the USA and returning to your country for items that need servicing/replacing. Please understand that due to the expensive international shipping fees, Electriduct will NOT ship orders, replacement orders, servicing & warranty claims to international addresses. If the customer has a freight forwarder address located in the USA, we will ship to the freight forwarder. Due to these international shipping fees, Unfortunately we cannot provide the same shipping, return, exchange, warranty policies as domestic orders.
