VALVE COIL / ELECTRICAL The valve coil is epoxy encapsulated and comes with a DIN connector. Your electrical cable or wires will be run into the connector . The connector has screw-in terminals which make the wiring easy (wiring directions are included with the valve). The coil is rated for continuous duty, which means that the temperature will stabilize at a safe level and will not continue to rise indefinitely. As with most continuous duty rated valves, the coil may still get warm or even hot during long activation periods. This is completely normal for most solenoid valves. PIPE THREAD INFORMATION Pipe thread sizes can be confusing if you are not familiar with the standard.
