Spindles are a friction fit, they are pushed on to the shaft of the Baldor motor, to properly secure them onto the shaft, lightly tap with a soft mallet or a piece of wood. To remove, just use the screw off spindle remover on the motor by simply unscrewing and turning it until the spindle is pushed off of the tapered shaft. . Spindles is made of cold rolled steel is machined to close tolerances, made in U.S.A. . Spindle has a 3/8″ Tapered arbor hole to work on the RIGHT Side of Baldor 3/8″ shaft motors.
