Therefore, we do not ship directly to international addresses and orders are subjected to Ebays policies and transit times. If the customer received the correct item and wants to return it, the customer is responsible for all shipping and associated fees. If the product becomes defective or needs servicing (tools, electronics, etc) and have a warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees back into the USA and returning to your country for items that need servicing/replacing. If the customer has a freight forwarder address located in the USA, we will ship to the freight forwarder.
