HDPE is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is sometimes called “alkathene” or “polythene” when used for pipes. With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE is used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber. HDPE is commonly recycled.You are buying ONE piece of NATURAL POLYETHYLENE HDPE 1/4″ x 6″ x 12″This material is natural HDPE and is non-textured. This version of HDPE is softer than other textured versions of HDPE and can scratch easily. Light markings or lines may be commonly found on the surface due to the processes used by the manufacturer. All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a tolerance of (+/-)1/8″ or 0.118″This material has unfinished saw cut edges.We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces. We cannot cut anything under 6″. Please note there is not always a tracking number for international orders. We are not responsible for the time frame of delivery for the shipment. Once we ship your package, the carrier is responsible for the timing of the delivery. •We are not responsible for any customs duty incurred at foreign customs, or any hold ups with customs. If a message is not sent to us before the purchase, there’s no guarantee the piece will be cut. •Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after a 30-day period. Also shipping paid for the product is not refunded for returns that include your own reasoning for return, such as it does not work for your application or no longer need it.
